تطبيق دوامي هو تطبيق داخلي لتسجيل حضور وانصراف موظفي جمعية تعلّم للقرآن وعلومه. التطبيق مخصص لموظفي الجمعية فقط وليس موجهاً لعامة الناس.
الجمعية هي الجهة المسؤولة عن بيانات الموظفين (Data Controller). تُخزَّن جميع البيانات في نظام الموارد البشرية (أودو) الخاص بالجمعية.

إذا فعّلت الجمعية التحقق بالوجه لحسابك، تلتقط الكاميرا صورة تُقارن داخل جهازك بالصورة المحفوظة في سجل الموظف. لا تُرسل صورة التحقق إلى أي خادم ولا تُحفظ في التطبيق.
قد يظهر إذن الميكروفون ضمن أذونات التطبيق لأسباب تقنية تتعلق بالمكتبات المضمّنة. التطبيق لا يسجّل أي صوت ولا يطلب هذا الإذن، والميزة المرتبطة به معطّلة بالكامل في هذا الإصدار.
لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا للتحليلات التسويقية، ولا لبناء ملفات تعريفية، ولا نبيعها لأي جهة.
لا تُشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث. تُرسل البيانات حصراً إلى نظام أودو الخاص بجمعية تعلّم، ويطّلع عليها الموظفون المخوّلون في إدارة الموارد البشرية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات من أطراف خارجية.
تُحفظ سجلات الحضور والإجازات في نظام الجمعية وفقاً لسياسات الموارد البشرية والأنظمة المعمول بها. تُحذف البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك فور حذف التطبيق.
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وذلك بمراسلة إدارة الموارد البشرية في الجمعية أو عبر البريد أدناه. يُرجى ملاحظة أن سجلات الحضور قد تخضع لمتطلبات نظامية تلزم الجمعية بالاحتفاظ بها لمدة محددة.
التطبيق مخصص لموظفي الجمعية البالغين (١٨ عاماً فأكثر)، ولا يُجمع عن قصد أي بيانات تخص الأطفال.
قد تُحدَّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر وظائف التطبيق. يُنشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ السريان أعلاه.

Dawami is an internal attendance app for employees of Tallam Association for the Qur'an and its Sciences (جمعية تعلّم للقرآن وعلومه). It is intended for the association's employees and not for the general public.
The association is the data controller. All data is stored in the association's own HR system (Odoo).

Where the association has enabled face verification for an account, the camera captures an image that is compared on the device against the photo held on the employee record. The verification image is not sent to any server and is not retained by the app.
A microphone permission may appear in the app's permission list for technical reasons relating to bundled libraries. The app does not record audio, never requests that permission, and the related feature is fully disabled in this release.
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing analytics or profiling, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Your data is not shared with any third party. It is sent only to Tallam's own Odoo system, where authorised HR staff can see it. The app contains no third-party analytics, tracking or advertising.
Attendance and leave records are retained in the association's system in line with its HR policies and applicable regulations. Data stored on your device is deleted as soon as the app is uninstalled.
You may request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion, by contacting the association's HR department or the address below. Attendance records may be subject to legal retention requirements that oblige the association to keep them for a defined period.
The app is intended for adult employees (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
This policy may be updated when the app's functionality changes. Any revision is published on this page with the effective date above updated.
